The Art of Communication - by Tammy

He or she who willing to stay for an argument with you, is someone who truly care and love you. Argument could be another form of communication, provided two person can reach a consensus and results with a solution. If a relationship reach to a point where both fed up with the argument and give up the communication, that's the end of all.

Girl usually tend to be more emotional; especially when one just started a relationship. Both seems to be so tense up and thus, I hate to say so, we try to attract attention by being a "little bit" grumpy and demanding. Yeah, just a little bit, if you believe so :p. Honestly, I'm not an exception case for this.

I'm lucky, I am so lucky to have my better half who always being so patience with me and has a high level of endurance with my loud and high pitch voice. Neither he will just compromise everything to me, nor simply keep quiet throughout the "conversation" (which will even irritate me more!), but he always calm me down and be a good listener. Then he will guide me through the communication and convey his thought to me, apparently this is how we gain better understanding on each other day after day.

We must admit there is no such thing as "perfect match" exists, even both share a lot of similarities; afterall, relationship is all about compromise, or else complement, but both can't be achieved without communication at the first place to understand each others' needs. Cheers~

Kick Start for the Mount Kinabalu Training @ Batu Cave

Fight with the 272 steep steps of Batu Cave? Been there done that.

Not only once, but 5 rounds of it, which means about 2700 steps; the outcome is the killing muscle pain I'm having now. It's so OUCH despite the great sense of achievement. :)

TEMNL Part 8 - My Precious Corner

This is probably my most favourite corner in my house among all. This is the "sacred" place of mine to keep all my precious - books, my collection magnets, toys, music boxes, jewelry and other cutie stuffs. I used to spend the whole day here especially during the weekend to online or watch movie from my laptop, but not anymore after I got my TV in the living hall. :p.

It's more than just a little cozy corner. :)

House Warmings

There is no "formal" house warming being held at my place since I shifted in; but there are several get-together-gather sessions at my place which I take that as the "house warmings" already. :p

On the first week I shifted in in October, my family and relatives paid me a visit. Kids had fun at the swimming pool while adults enjoyed eating. Too bad we didn't take any photo. My family gave me lots of house warming gifts especially the kitchen utensils and some electrical appliances such as iron, rice cooker, slow cooker, toaster, frying pan ... la la la... so happy can save a lot of money this time..

Then the next house warming I had is with my hometown pals - Eunice, Chrys, Lily, and Yi Jin. We camwhore, wine and chit chat for the whole night as usual. Then straight went down to KL for a great breakfast and then market to buy ingredients for the steamboat dinner at Chrys place. ^0^. It was really a great gathering. Thanks for the lovely bedsheet. :)

Next, my MMU buddies - Pei Chin, Fee Lan, Chai Kem and Jen Jen also wanted to visit my place. Definitely I'm more than happy to welcome them. This time we didn't take wine, yet I made the rose tea named "fall in love tea" which brought by Chai Kem from Cambodia. Lame name though, but we enjoyed drinking it while making fun at Fee Lan and brainstorming for the tricks for Jen Jen's wedding.

Ha-ha-ha!!!

There it comes the Winter Solstice festival. KTV suggest to make Tong Yun at my place, then it leads to the idea to call some of my ex-colleagues from Ladbrokes to have a steamboat dinner. The steamboat was great, thanks to the chilli sauce strongly recommended by the hawker at the market. The Tong Yun was great too, especially the one with Gula Melaka filling. Besides Gula Melaka, I also made some "special" tong yun with cili padi specially serve to all my guests, hahaha. I really risk my life in doing so coz almost being killed by KTV when she bites on the "special" tong yun.

Yummy~~~

Game time!

So, that's all for my house warmings. Thanks my dear friends that making my place so merry and the house warming gifts too. Probably more to come. :)

My Curl is Back!

First time ever in my life time; I spent my new year's eve at a hair saloon from 5pm till 11.30pm, almost gotta count down the new year with my hairstylist. He even suggested we can wine and countdown at the saloon if he can't finished it by 12am, but actually I was quite paiseh coz causing him to work so late on a new year's eve. Luckily he is able to finish it before the clock strike 12 and I'm still able to rush back home on time to catch the new year fireworks from my balcony.

Hmm, I have no idea why are these photos show up like this although I've rotated the photo properly before uploading it, maybe something wrong with blogspot today. Anyway, as you can see, the quality of these photos are really bad and with lots of noises, coz it were being taken by my handphone due to my camera spoilt already and being sent to the workshop. 55555, I am so sad, why my precious camera have to spoilt at this moment while I have so many interesting story to blog about, how nice if I can post the photos along while blogging about it. Sigh, I doubt I can touch my hand on it again by CNY.
