Fall ill
I've never fall ill in such serious condition before, in fact, I seldom fall ill last time, now I can really feel the decrease in my health. That day I got fever of close to 40 degree celcius, home alone yet all I have is instant noodle; I have no choice but merely take the milo and sleep for whole day. I feel like my head is going to explode and whole body is burning, man it's really torturing. Now it raise my awareness of how important to have a healthy body.
Since I'm alwasy active in sport, I guess I am weak now probably due to I eat out everyday; thus now I wanna set one of my new year resolution to be more health conscious and pick up some cooking skill to make some simple dish for myself. Chrys has provided me some recipe for chinese herb soup and I will definitely try it out very soon.

Picnic @ Sg. Chongkak with Sayangan kids
We reached Rumah Sayangan at Cheras in the morning; after having our self introduction and ice breaking with the kids, we started our journey to Hulu Langat. The waterfall is just about 30 minutes drive away from Cheras, this place is relaxing, the chill water is crystal clear and you can hear the bird chirping and wind chimes. Everyone really enjoyed themselves very much including myself.
everyone was having fun. And there are bubbles too.

终于。。
我到底怎么了?就算我可以在众人面前如何掩饰悲伤,但是当夜深人静时,还是不能自己的忆起往事。还要撑到什么时候?很累了,但是难道我有脆弱的权利吗?

TEMNL - Part 7 - Wallpaper
Let's do something on it!
Use double sided tape to stick it on the wall before take the sticker off.
After more than an hour, it's finally done. I was being told by the girl who sold this to me it's not that difficult to do this. She is partially correct. It is not difficult but not too easy though, my legs start to tremble after 15 minutes standing on the ladder. Besides, I need to climb up and down the ladder whenever I am done with one stick of the sticker. It really need patience to take out the sticker and stick on the wall carefully to ensure it won't torn nor got bubble beneath under the sticker.

Fallin' down
I don't miss you at all
I hear children playin' laughin' so loud
I don't think of your smile
So if you never come to me
You'll stay a distant memory
Out my window I see lights going dark
Your dark eyes don't haunt me
And then I wonder who I am
Without the warm touch of your hand
And then I wonder who I am
Without the warm touch of your hand
As I sit and watch the snow
Fallin' down
I don't miss you at all
I don't miss you at all
I DON'T MISS YOU AT ALL

To end my nomad life - Part 6 - My Room
Love it
Mattress just arrived, haven't get a bedsheet for it. :p. You can also see the sun is so striking in the evening due to it facing west.
Close shot of the curtain in my room. With two layers.
This is the curtain in my living hall. Actually I don't quite like it, and there is only single layer. I am thinking to add another curtain rod and make it to double layer just like the one I am having in my room.

The Awakening
This is a charity show that showcase the talents of performers from China and Malaysia, the proceeds of this concert will fund the operating expenses of the Amriteswari Foundation centers in Puchong, Semenyih and Penang.
The show was great, especially the performance performed by the China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe. These hearing impaired artistes have toured the world extensively and front-lined at the Beijing Paralympics this year. Can you believe that? They are deaf yet can dance so gracefully. Bravo!
The Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. It's definitely a WOW.
Wow!
The Soul of a Peacock - I personally love this one the most.
So gracefully. I think she was being caged with a peacock for months to catch the feel of how to being one. :p
Butterfly Lovers - 梁山伯与祝英台
Green Seedlings - a lively dance, the "grass" is so cute.
Yellow Earth - another lively dance, can feel the "umph"
Besides, I was impressed by the DeafBeat drum troupe which comprises by local deaf musicians. This being said people with disabilties in our very own country which passionate about art is now given chance to join this fast growing drum troup which established by YMCA since 2007.
All the performers in this concert were not here for our symphaties; they show us that though their lives are a bumpy journey, yet they strive and work hard to overcome the obstacles in order to pursuit their dream. Shouldn't we give our full support to them and feel gladful for having what we have?

Detox with applesss
Day 1 : I was like a zombie since morning due to the caffeine dependency. Craving for food especially during lunch, very suffering and almost feel like giving up, first day considered the most suffering phase perhaps due to not used to it yet, have to keep remind myself not to give up. Slept at 9pm coz really too tired. Took 3 apples for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a sugarless soya bean before sleep.
Day 2 : Woke up at 6am++, do some light exercise and yoga at home. Feel better compare to first day but still feeling fatigue. Slept at 10pm. Took 3 apples only in a day. Rushed to toilet a lot of times although I didn't consume much food, guess those are the "outcome" of my detoxifying. :p
Day 3 : Last day of detox. I was amazed that I was still able to be determined. Just took a glass of warm honey in the morning and 3 apples again for whole day. Again, did some yoga and stretching at home then go to bed at 10pm++.
Day 4 : Yahoo!! it's all over. I weight myself and so surprised that I have slim down 2kg in merely 3 days! Great sense of achievement!! And surprisingly I don't have much craving for food anymore and feel very fresh, albeit it's not that obvious in my skin improvement, but I can feel my body was being cleanse up like after a spring cleaning. Actually this is my second times practise this and I can say it's definitely a great experience and I will recommend you to do it too!

Huat Lar!!
Why 9th of Oct? Hmm, I am kinda 8 poh nowadays, my sister chose the date for me from the "tong sheng". Besides, I also followed some custom such as boil water once I enter the house, and put some rice at each corner of the house to get rid of those "dirty" stuff and etc. Hahaha. I found it funny too.
Actually I felt very happy because my colleagues so "give face" to come to my house on this day. They made my house so merry for the first time, although I felt like it is going to explode with all the noises we made, especially some of them shout "Huat Lar!" when they enter my house, I can feel the echo is soooo strong. Haha.. They are really a bunch of funny colleagues of mine.
Now I am waiting for my wardrobe to be installed, at the mean time will shop for some furniture and electrical appliance. Hopefully can officially move in by November. :)
Part of the DBA team. I requested Chia Lee to wear in red together with me to "Ong" my house. Haha. All sit on the floor. *paiseh
makan time I bought the Domino's but the food is not enough eh. Really under estimate their stomach capacity. Haha. I will keep in mind to buy more food for my official house warming.
All of us (Me as the photographer)
So touching, they gave me Ang Pow too. ^___^

The Winner Takes It All
I don't wanna talk
About the things we've gone through
Though it's hurting me
Now it's history
I've played all my cards
And that's what you've done too
Nothing more to say
No more ace to play
The winner takes it all
The loser standing small
Beside the victory
That's her destiny
I was in your arms
Thinking I belonged there
I figured it made sense
Building me a fence
Building me a home
Thinking I'd be strong there
But I was a fool
Playing by the rules
The gods may throw a dice
Their minds as cold as ice
And someone way down here
Loses someone dear
The winner takes it all
The loser has to fall
It's simple and it's plain
Why should I complain.
But tell me does she kiss
Like I used to kiss you?
Does it feel the same
When she calls your name?
Somewhere deep inside
You must know I miss you
But what can I say
Rules must be obeyed
The judges will decide
The likes of me abide
Spectators of the show
Always staying low
The game is on again
A lover or a friend
A big thing or a small
The winner takes it all
I don't wanna talk
Cause it makes me feel sad
And I understand
You've come to shake my hand
I apologize
If it makes you feel bad
Seeing me so tense
No self-confidence
But you see
The winner takes it all
The winner takes it all...

Crème Brûlée hunting @ 7atenine
Allan came across an article recommending the crème brûlée at this restaurant called 7atenine which located at the Ascott KL. I thought this is just another chill out spot with nothing more than alcohol and music, never expect they serve good food too. Hmm, well, actually the main course is just so-so, perhaps we didn't order their signature dishes; but the crème brûlée is heavenly delicious, it's rich in fragance of egg and smooth; yet match perfectly with the alcohol that serve together with it; it's a beautiful scene when the waitress burn the alcohol and pour it on the creme brulee, there it leave a crunchy topping, SUPERB! Nevertheless, I like the ambience too, it is nice and poshy, I can see the KLCC from the glass roof above me. Allan, thanks for the dinner!
