Bukit Tabur @ Taman Melawati

It was an idea by my colleague - Alvin to climb the Bukit Tabur on last weekend in order to boast up ourselves for the coming Bali trip which included an itinery to climb the volcano. Bukit Tabur is located at Taman Melawati, or Gombak Forest Reserve as shown in the GPS. It will definitely able to pump up your adrenaline if you love hill climbing and enjoy in embracing the mother nature.

Bukit Tabur is famous with its spectacular view of KL city and Klang Gate Dam from the hill. Besides, it is also the longest cyrstal quart outcrop in the world! huiyo, geng ler? No wonder I can spot so many beautiful crystal quarts formations along the trail, making it a special hiking experience for me.

This hill climbing session was quite challenging as the hill is steep and the trek is very near to the edge of it. Too bad we only able to conqueur 3 peaks out of the 7, but it already took us more than 2 hours to reach the 3rd peaks, then another 1 hour plus to came down from the hill. It was a wonderful experience and I don't mind to come back again to conqueuer the 7 peaks!

The breathtaking view of the Klang Gate Dam

The KL city view. Try to spot the KLCC and KL tower at the right of this photo

This is just the first peak. Both me and Danny still with the fresh look. It was raining in the morning, that's why it was foggy but luckily the trail wasn't slippery.

Not to mention, this is a good place for bird watching. See the eagle? By this time, the sun was already hanging high up in the sky and it starts getting really hot. The rocky mountain even worsen it.

everyone with the dead fish look. Wahahaha.

The caption of this picture is "Neh~ that's the dam lo...". Haha. This is the 3rd peaks and we really cannot stand the hot weather, so we decided to off the hill after camwhoring.

The Art of Communication - by Tammy

He or she who willing to stay for an argument with you, is someone who truly care and love you. Argument could be another form of communication, provided two person can reach a consensus and results with a solution. If a relationship reach to a point where both fed up with the argument and give up the communication, that's the end of all.

Girl usually tend to be more emotional; especially when one just started a relationship. Both seems to be so tense up and thus, I hate to say so, we try to attract attention by being a "little bit" grumpy and demanding. Yeah, just a little bit, if you believe so :p. Honestly, I'm not an exception case for this.

I'm lucky, I am so lucky to have my better half who always being so patience with me and has a high level of endurance with my loud and high pitch voice. Neither he will just compromise everything to me, nor simply keep quiet throughout the "conversation" (which will even irritate me more!), but he always calm me down and be a good listener. Then he will guide me through the communication and convey his thought to me, apparently this is how we gain better understanding on each other day after day.

We must admit there is no such thing as "perfect match" exists, even both share a lot of similarities; afterall, relationship is all about compromise, or else complement, but both can't be achieved without communication at the first place to understand each others' needs. Cheers~
