Merdeka! Merdeka!

Yeah, it is our National Day!

I feel that this year has more issues being brought up; especially the never-ending religious topic. I remember we were once very united sometimes back. It is common for Chinese to visit their friends' during the Hari Raya or Deepavali celebration. People from foreign country admires our unity, but since when did we Malaysians start to become so racist with each other?

Everyone in this country plays an important role in contributing to Malaysia. Undeniably there are also some unfair judgement towards the Chinese, but aren't there a lot of Chinese that are racists as well? As a Chinese or any other race residing in Malaysia, aren't you having a good life here?

Don't take everything for granted, try to put yourself into other's shoes.

We all are Malaysians, we will not grow if we continue our struggle on religious issues. Why can't we stand united and move forward together? Start from yourself and I believe we will still have hope!

It's really hard to capture the fireworks photo with Allan's D40, I think we should really get a tripod, see, this is the clearest photo we can get

Do you realize it is a star?

And this the love?

Here's the finale opps moment, why opps? coz it was like someone accidentally fire up all the fireworks at once.. haha.. Anyway, I personally think that Malaysia team is much better!!!! Yeah, Malaysia Boleh..

Precious Moment with my Dad

I chat with my sister today.. and we talk about dad, it rings my bell on lots of precious moment I had with my dad. My dad always went outstation since I am young until my secondary school day. Although he just came back home once every few months, but he must bring me to book shop whenever he is back from outstation. Those days we don't have big book shop like MPH we have nowadays, he will just brought me to one small book shop in the town or rather merely a stationary shop called Sinaran in Seremban, there I start to cultivate my hobby in reading. I love going book shop with my dad, and also it is a most excited moment for me when there is book fair coming to town coz I know definitely my dad will bring me there and I can buy load of story books.. Although we are not a very rich family during that time, but my dad never say no when I wanna buy any book.. Now I recall I love reading since young, I have lots of story books at home.. I read a very thick "Journey to the West", "Romance of the three Kingdom" and "Water Margin" while I was in primary school. Until now I still love reading, thanks daddy, you always put attention to our education, how lucky am I to have you as my daddy...

Xenri Japanese Restaurant

Allan and I went to Xenri again which located at Old Klang Road... My first time here was with Allan's parents and I love the food here, but because I came with his parents.. well, you know.. I couldn't order AS MUCH AS I CAN.... so we decided to visit Xenri again last Saturday night...

This restaurant is somehow remotely located behind the main road of Old Klang Road.. But same as my last time here, it was full again, so we have to sit at the outdoor.. now we know the power of the word of mouth..

Hmmm.. cold soba or tempura? wait, what about chicken terriyaki?? hmm, but this sushi bento looks tempting too, wait... there is also a beef sukiyaki wor..

So coincidently, there is a promotion for oyster here, we ordered half dozen of oyster served with caviar.. the oyster is so juicy and meaty, and definitely it is very fresh, I can taste the ocean... wow.. nice.. and the caviar, well, nothing special, anyway it is a good match for oyster, but I think lemon juice is good enough..

Half dozen of fresh oyster with the salty caviar

I ordered a Sushi Bento, it consists of 4 different type of sashimi sushi and an Ebiko sushi and tempura.. plus my favourites - chawanmushi. All its ingredients is very fresh, and the sashimi also served in generous portion, imagine putting a thick salmon slice in you mouth, and all it's juice just pop out into your mouth, then together with the sticky and slightly sour rice... slurpp.. even their chawanmushi also very smooth lo

My Sushi Bento

Come come, I wanna take photo with my bento..

Allan ordered his favourites sashimi with rice bento, yes, sashimi again... but the sashimi he has is thicker than those on top of my sushi!!! Somemore he has strawberry for his dessert, aiks, what a sissy boy to eat strawberry? Come, let me finish for you!!! kekeke... *evil*

Sashimi and rice bento

See? so thick !! and juicy of course..

ooo, what a wonderful dinner I had... now I knows why it is always occupied.. fyi, the address of this Xenri Japanese Restaurant is No. 9, Wisma Elken, Loring 4/137C, Batu 5, Jalan Kelang Lama. Tel:03-77838118. If you came from Mid Valley along the Old Klang Road, after passing by the Pearl Point by your left, you will see a green building (a shopping complex), and the signboard of Xenri opposite of it. Take a U turn and turn left into that junction, go straight until the end and the yummy japanase food is awaiting you..hehe..

I want Hello Kitty too

If you would to ask me, which country has the most sense of humor, I would say is Thailand. Why?? see this..

Bad Thai cops to endure Kitty shame

BANGKOK, Thailand - Thai police officers who break rules will be forced to wear hot pink armbands featuring "Hello Kitty," the Japanese icon of cute, as a mark of shame, a senior officer said Monday.

Police officers caught littering, parking in a prohibited area, or arriving late — among other misdemeanors — will be forced to stay in the division office and wear the armband all day, said Police Col. Pongpat Chayaphan. The officers won't wear the armband in public.

The striking armband features Hello Kitty sitting atop two hearts.

"Simple warnings no longer work. This new twist is expected to make them feel guilt and shame and prevent them from repeating the offense, no matter how minor," said Pongpat, acting chief of the Crime Suppression Division in Bangkok.

"(Hello) Kitty is a cute icon for young girls. It's not something macho police officers want covering their biceps," Pongpat said.

Haha, not only they are great of sense of humor, they also has the cutest policemen in the world, they are such a ladyboy.

Haha, so this is the so-called Spiritual City, I wonder where they get the idea of calling Kuala Lumpur as Spiritual City? I just love playing this track, maybe simply because it gives me the sense of belonging..

Then I was thinking to wait for her to call me (because I am lazy to get her number from other friend..:p). After waiting for almost 6 months, finally I received a "stranger's" sms - "wei, when will you have the time to entertain me?", and I knew it was her. Sei Sui Poh, still dare to ask me when will I have the time to entertain you, I don't contact u then you also dun contact me la? Then finally we met up today, it was really been a long time didn't see her, still the same KTV and it was funny when I told her I have bought a Mini Cooper and she wanted to pretend that she believe it. We had a nice dinner at The Curve and our favourites Java Chips at Starbucks for few hours, I think we laughed quite loud and lots of people looking at us. Haha, today is a happy friendship day.
